Job Descriptionustomer Support Specialist - Parts & Technical Support (Hybrid)
Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support technical parts inquiries and order management functions. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Training & Schedule:
- Full-time onsite training for 4-5 weeks
- Hybrid schedule thereafter: 2 days onsite (Tuesday & Thursday)
- Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (three rotating shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to incoming calls and emails regarding technical application inquiries for Client parts, supporting both internal teams and external customers
- Handle inquiries related to Made-to-Order (MTO) parts, including issue resolution and ETA coordination in partnership with the Special Orders team
- Manage the end-to-end process of Product Inspection Requests for the North American market, coordinating with warehouse partners and ensuring timely resolution and communication to retailers
- Monitor new parts introduced to market and confirm correct application and accuracy
- Review technical bulletins for parts accuracy and relevance as needed
- Identify and report parts catalog discrepancies to the appropriate systems team
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Log all customer interactions in the current call tracking system
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training sessions, and coaching programs
- Adhere to Health & Safety standards and departmental procedures
- Collaborate closely with the Call Center Supervisor and cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills (phone and email)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in parts support, supply chain, or call center environments preferred
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
