Our client is urgently looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team!
Responsibilities:
· Process all entries into QuickBooks including Sales Order, Payables, Receivables, Purchase Orders, etc.
· Oversee Payroll using ADP; collecting Timecards, tracking Overtime and expenses.
· Handle Credit Card and Bank Reconciliations
· Assist other staff members with HR questions including Time & Attendance questions.
· Purchasing supplies for the office through Staples, Amazon, etc.
· Oversee Sales Tax and Tax Filings
· Keep track of employee attendance, holidays, personal days.
· Client requested forms ACH/wire, credit card applications, etc.
· Ensure Insurance Certificates are up to date
· Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft programs
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
