Adecco is hiring for Structural Assemblers in Peabody, MA on 1st and 2nd shift! These are temp to hire opportunities.
Pay rate: $23-25 on 1st shift, and $25-27 per hour on 2nd shift
1st shift schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm
2nd shift schedule: Monday-Thursday 230pm-1am
Core Responsibilities

Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, diagrams, and work instructions to determine layout and assembly sequences.

Assembly and Fabrication: Positioning, aligning, and securing components using hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures.

Fastening and Fitting: Installing components using fasteners such as rivets, bolts, and screws.

Precision Work: Filing, burring, reaming, and drilling parts to achieve precise fits.

Quality Control: Inspecting and testing assembled parts to ensure they meet specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and the immediate work area.
Key Qualifications & Skills

Education: High school diploma or GED is typically required.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or operating power tools is required.

Technical Skills: Proficient with pneumatic tools, drills, riveting guns, and measuring instruments.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in confined spaces, and work on ladders.

Attention to Detail: High level of precision to ensure structural safety and proper alignment

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
