Position Summary:
This position is responsible for daily processing of outgoing titles, preparing paperwork for the titling and tagging of newly acquired vehicles and various other tasks as assigned by management.
Responsibilities:
• Log/scan MSO's as received and process the tag and title applications on a first-in-first-out basis.
• Logging, scanning and filing of original titles as received.
• Daily processing of outgoing titles (for vehicles being sold) across multiple intercompany cities - this will include pulling titles from files, verifying lien releases, overnight mailing of documents and entering the movement in our company system.
• Perform quarterly audit of titles.
• Order replacement/ duplicate and salvage titles as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Desired Qualifications:
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
