- Pay Range: $39.99 - $59.18/hourly

Collaborate closely with our department manager to ensure that every patient receives top-notch care while effectively managing unit resources.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological needs.
- Working with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans.
- Coordinating patient care and guiding the care team through effective delegation.
- Evaluating patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Setting clear expectations for staff and nurturing a culture of professionalism.
- Managing staffing requirements to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
- Engaging in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:Minimum Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Unit Specific Certification (e.g., ACLS, PALS) as required.
- Experience in your assigned clinical area.
- Mentoring experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of clinical nursing experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to see and read information, assess patient needs, and operate monitors.
- Frequent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Manual dexterity for operating delicate equipment and frequent computer use.
- Physical capability to lift and transfer patients and equipment.
- Ability to navigate busy environments safely.

The hourly range for this position is $40.39 - $60.96, depending on experience.
