As a Client Relations Representative, you are the voice of the company and often the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll deliver exceptional service, offer thoughtful guidance on our floral and gift offerings, and ensure each interaction feels personal, professional, and seamless. This role is ideal for someone who communicates with warmth and confidence, takes pride in follow-through, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team focused on creating memorable experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients over the phone with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and gift recommendations to educate and guide clients.
  • Monitor and confirm all order details to ensure customer selections are processed accurately and on time.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and concerns with a calm, solution-focused approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product or service-related issues efficiently.
  • Master and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the POS (Point of Sale) system; assist in training team members.
  • Offer technical support to retail locations regarding product information, availability, and pricing.
  • Review, implement, and improve customer service procedures and call center standards.
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect our high standards and commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of leadership or relevant customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong guest service mindset; friendly, personable, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
  • Confident in influencing, leading, and collaborating with team members.
  • Critical thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a flexible, positive attitude.
  • Calm, tactful, and composed under pressure — especially during high-volume periods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite and comfortable learning new software.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Weekend Availability.
  • Tobacco-free workplace; adherence to company policy required during working hours
  • A creative eye for design; passion for flowers, events, or gifting is a plus.
  • Must pass a drug test and background check.
