Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students in accordance with the treatment plan developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Assist with screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students in need of speech and language services.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and complete necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- California SLPA License or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required.
