Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible for Colorado SLP licensure
- CCC-SLP certification preferred (CFY candidates also encouraged to apply)
- Previous experience in school, pediatric, or educational settings
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and data collection
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide therapy across a range of student ages and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators and other specialists to integrate supports into classroom routines
- Conduct assessments, interpret data, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide guidance to teachers and parents regarding strategies to enhance communication skills
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory standards
