Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a contract opportunity supporting K-12 students with speech and language needs in a collaborative and vibrant school-based setting near Aurora, CO. As a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work closely with educators, families, and related service professionals to foster student success and communication growth.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible for Colorado SLP licensure
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred (CFY candidates also encouraged to apply)
  • Previous experience in school, pediatric, or educational settings
  • Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and data collection
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to provide therapy across a range of student ages and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with educators and other specialists to integrate supports into classroom routines
  • Conduct assessments, interpret data, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide guidance to teachers and parents regarding strategies to enhance communication skills
  • Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory standards
