Are you a performance-driven digital marketer ready to take the next step in your career? A growing NYC-based advertising agency is seeking a Digital Media Buyer to help lead integrated paid media campaigns for a dynamic portfolio of clients, primarily within Higher Education. This is a hybrid position offering the opportunity to work with a collaborative, close-knit team in a fast-growing environment.
🔍 What You'll Do
- Strategically plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Programmatic, CTV, Display, and Paid Social platforms.
- Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including budget oversight, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio to deliver insightful reports and drive ROI.
- Participate in internal and client-facing meetings to present media strategies, reporting, and performance insights.
- Support multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment, ensuring efficiency, organization, and high-quality deliverables.
✅ What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with digital media buying across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Snap Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other campaign measurement and visualization tools.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns from ideation through execution and post-campaign reporting.
- Strong multitasking skills, comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines independently.
- Excellent data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
⭐ Bonus Points For
- Google, Meta (Facebook Blueprint), or other platform certifications.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Background in Higher Ed marketing or agency experience, strongly preferred.
- Understanding of traditional media (a plus, not required).
