Proactive Health is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound outreach to medical practices and healthcare facilities. This role focuses on calling providers, introducing Proactive Health, and scheduling meetings with key decision-makers.
This position is ideal for someone looking to grow in healthcare sales while working with a mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to healthcare practices and facilities
- Introduce Proactive Health and explain our services
- Identify and engage decision-makers
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales or leadership team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently with prospects
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Interest in healthcare or wellness
- Sales, SDR, call center, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
