What You'll Do
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll provide hands-on care and support that helps our residents maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.
Responsibilities Include:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining

Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning
-
Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team

Measure and record vital signs as assigned
-
Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
-
Maintain accurate and timely resident care documentation
-
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
-
Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility guidelines

Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional resident care
What We're Looking For
-
Current Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification – Required

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
-
CPR/BLS certification preferred

Newly Certified CNAs Are Encouraged to Apply!
