Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and financial performance. Create a positive and safe environment for both staff and customers, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the bar.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise bar staff, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Develop leadership skills among staff through effective communication and training.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic food service environment with hours from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 11:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fitchburg, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
