We are growing and looking for an experienced Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Hours: 8AM - 4:30PM, Monday through Friday
Pay:$18.00 Per Hour
What does the job look like daily?
- Gather all pertinent order information from our customers, entering information for shipments into TMS
- Provide quotes to customers
- Schedule pick-ups and deliveries
- Process paperwork for orders, scan documents and run reports
- High level of customer service, communicating with carriers and customers from pickup through delivery
- Collaborate with other departments if issues with order
Knowledge and Skills to be successful:
- Two years’ experience working in a customer service position and office environment required
- Previous experience in transportation highly preferred
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure, deal with difficult issues, and sense of urgency
- Self- motivated with high degree of integrity
- Strong team player – your drive and leadership will enable success for the team
