Job Description
Purpose

As a Billing and Revenue Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity of our customer billing and revenue processes. This is more than just a numbers role—it’s an opportunity to build a legacy by contributing to systems that scale, challenge the status quo, and enable the work of healthcare professionals worldwide.
Working closely with our Revenue Manager and cross-functional teams, you will bring precision, creativity, and strategic thinking to every aspect of our billing operations. Key Responsibilities
- Validate and maintain customer and contract data in our financial systems, including NetSuite, Zone Advanced Billing, and OpenAir.
- Generate and issue timely, accurate invoices in accordance with contract terms and revenue recognition policies.
- Partner with the Finance team to conduct monthly variance analyses and contribute to our annual budgeting process.
- Serve as a go-to expert for internal stakeholders and customers on billing and revenue-related inquiries.
- Identify gaps, propose improvements, and implement more efficient billing and revenue processes.
- Support key financial projects and contribute to strategic decision-making with actionable insights.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Exceptional recent graduates with strong potential will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative and solutions-driven.
Desired Competencies
- Experience with ERP and billing tools such as NetSuite, Zone Advanced Billing, or OpenAir.
- Familiarity with general ledger processes and month-end close activities.
- Previous exposure to billing practices in a global SaaS or technology company.
