The receptionist will report directly to the front office manager and practice owner, aiding daily operations with an average patient volume of 20-40 per day.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Register new and returning patients accurately
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with related documentation
- Process payments
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
- Manage and update patient records and data entry
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in dental administration
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of dental terminology
