Their teams thrive in high-security environments, tackling complex challenges with creativity, collaboration, and precision. They are seeking a Program Manager in Washington, DC to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive project management support, including implementation management and supplemental project management resources.

Anticipate stakeholder needs, navigate judiciary-specific governance structures, and support systems governed by the Judicial Conference.

Lead complex IT projects, ensuring effective oversight, planning, and execution across all project phases.

Identify resource needs, assign individual responsibilities, and manage cross-functional project teams.

Deliver expert-level advice, guidance, and counseling to support management, organizational, and business process improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with client service standards, professional standards, and organizational objectives.

Direct and oversee engagement processes, including determining the nature, timing, and scope of procedures, with full responsibility for project outcomes.

Provide strategic leadership, risk management, and quality assurance across multiple engagements.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, Organizational Change Management, or a related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Minimum of 10 years of oversight and management experience on complex IT projects.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in resource planning and team responsibility assignments.

Demonstrated expertise in providing strategic and organizational improvement support to agencies.

Proven experience leading engagement teams in delivering specialized services aligned with client and organizational standards.

Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

· Paid time off will initially be accrued at a rate of 6.33 hours per semi-monthly pay period, for a total of 19 days/152 hours annually for the first two years.
