Job Description
The Spice Blender is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and blending spices and seasonings according to established recipes and quality standards. This role ensures consistency in flavor, aroma, and appearance of spice blends used in food products.
Key Responsibilities

Blend Spices: Weigh and mix raw spices and seasonings following precise formulations.

Recipe Compliance: Ensure all blends meet company specifications and regulatory standards.

Maintain Cleanliness: Sanitize equipment and work areas to meet food safety guidelines.

Inventory Management: Track spice usage and report shortages or inconsistencies.

Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished blends for purity, consistency, and freshness.

Operate Machinery: Use industrial mixers, grinders, and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.

Documentation: Record batch numbers, quantities, and production notes accurately.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in food processing is a plus.

Experience in food manufacturing or spice blending preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.

Basic math and measurement skills.

Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Standing for extended periods.
