Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Pay: $63,000–$72,000 / year
Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week Core hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET (results-driven environment)

Job Description:
The operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across development and internal operations. This role supports multiple senior leaders and focuses on execution-level tasks, coordination, and maintaining accurate information within established systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support
- Maintain accurate data and records across internal databases and systems
- Monitor shared inboxes and route inquiries appropriately
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling logistics
- Assist with updates to internal tools, communications platforms, and website content
- Support grant and donor administration, including report tracking and follow-up
- Process invoices and supporting documentation
- Learn and apply organizational systems, tools, and procedures
- Seek feedback to improve accuracy, efficiency, and workflows
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role
- Strong alignment with mission-driven work
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp or similar preferred)
- Nonprofit experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

- Salary range: $63,000–$72,000
- Fully remote role with occasional on-site support in Northern Virginia
