Receptionist- Ongoing Contract
Our client, a financial services institution is looking for an ongoing contract receptionist to join the team.
Hours: 7:30 am- 5pm, 5 days onsite
Hourly rate: $23/hr
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
- Answering main phone line and directing calls, preparing conference rooms for guests
- Receiving deliveries, ordering meals, ordering/restocking office supplies
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a professional office environment
- Maturity and high degree of professionalism
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products
