RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
\n• Guaranteed 40 hours per week for five 8-hour shifts
\n• On-call requirement 24/7 one day per week and every 3rd to 4th weekend
\n• Weekend coverage required with every other weekend policy
\n• 2 years of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
\n• Cardiac catheterization lab experience and critical care experience required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
\n• Must be comfortable with procedural sedation administration and monitoring
\n• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and circulate procedures
\n• Work with specialized equipment including IABP, IMPELLA, and Angiojet
\n• Handle approximately 10 visits per day with adult patient population
\n• Patient diagnoses include cardiac caths, TAVR, AAA, ICD, pacemaker, TEE, cardioversion, IMPELLA, and STEMI
\n• Scrub color: Navy
\n• Charting system: EPIC
\n• No floating required outside of scope
\n• Free parking available
