Position Summary:
The Administrative ServicesManager at BrightPath Human Services is a dynamic leadership role that bridges Human Resources, Administrative Operations, and Organizational Development. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient internal processes, fostering team cohesion, supporting cross-departmental communication, and promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration. The Administrative ServicesManager will serve as a primary resource for program-level supervisors, executive-level supervisors and staff, helping to streamline operations, monitor compliance, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our human services programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Staff Support
- Serve as a liaison between frontline supervisors and leadership to ensure timely resolution of staff-related concerns.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures in collaboration with leadership and Program Managers.
- Assist with scheduling, timesheet oversight, and payroll documentation review.
- Maintain updated knowledge of organizational policies and procedures and ensure consistent application across teams.
Administrative & Operational Oversight
- Provide administrative support to ensure program teams are organized, resourced, and aligned with agency protocols.
- Monitor and support compliance tracking (e.g., training, certifications, clearances).
- Assist with coordination of internal audits, program reviews, and other quality assurance measures.
- Assist with IT related issues or concerns.
- Assist CEO/CFO & other leaders in record keeping.
Communication & Coordination
- Support interdepartmental communication to ensure transparency and continuity of operations.
- Facilitate regular meetings with Program Managers, Senior DSPs, and leadership to identify and resolve operational barriers.
- Assist with communication of updates, procedural changes, and company-wide initiatives.
Culture & Leadership

- Support leadership in change management initiatives and staff engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or support management role, preferably in a human services or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (BambooHR experience a plus).
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to programs as needed.
Work Environment:
- This position is primarily office-based with visits to program sites as needed.
- Some evening or weekend availability may be required based on organizational needs.
