Your Role:
You’ll oversee in-home ABA programs for young children, providing clinical supervision and case management. You'll coach ECIs in the field, collaborate with families, track progress, write treatment plans, and help young learners build real-world skills. You’ll manage your own caseload while staying connected to an amazing regional team that’s ready to support you.
Programs typically run Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We offer flexibility and trust you to build a schedule that works.
You’ll be great at this if:

You have a completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Special Education, or a related field

You’re trained in ABA and have hands-on early intervention experience

You have at least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)

You’re organized, positive, and skilled at coaching others

You have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for home visits
The Fine Print:

Must submit a transcript showing a completed Master’s degree

DOJ/FBI background clearance required (we’ll help you through it)

TB clearance and BLS certification
-
Must be familiar with HIPAA and follow all safety, hiring, and non-discrimination regulations
