Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism
-
Collect and record data on patient behavior
-
Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively
Compensation & Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

Pay range: Hourly $22-$28 per hour

Flexible Schedule – Weekday and Weekend Hours Available

20-40 hours a week
