About the Position
The Landscape Garden Maintenance Crew Member plays a vital role in preserving the beauty and vitality of high-end residential landscapes. Working alongside a dedicated team, the primary objective of this role is to consistently perform high-quality service that ensures every outdoor living space remains a stunning and elegant retreat year-round.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive landscape maintenance services, including weeding, pruning, and mulching.
- Safely operate and maintain a variety of landscaping tools and equipment.
- Deliver high-quality, meticulous service to uphold the aesthetic standards of luxury properties.
- Execute daily operational tasks efficiently to ensure all grounds remain vibrant and healthy.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as required to advance the company's objectives and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- Prior landscaping experience is preferred, but the employer is willing to train the right person.
- Demonstrate the ability to accurately identify various plant and weed species, which is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid Driver's License, which is preferred for this role.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and the physical stamina required to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Display excellent attention to detail and a deep commitment to delivering premium customer service.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
