Central MEP Solutions is hiring an Electrical Helper for a commercial union project in Washington, DC. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin their career in the electrical trade while gaining experience on a union job site.

You will assist experienced electricians with daily tasks and support commercial electrical installations in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with installing commercial electrical systems

• Support conduit bending and installation

• Pull wire and help with cable routing

• Mount electrical boxes and basic components

• Move materials and maintain an organized job site

• Follow union job site requirements and safety procedures

• Perform general labor tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of electrical or construction experience

• Must meet union job site requirements

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

• Reliable transportation to Washington, DC

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
