Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Rockdale, IL (25/26 School Year)

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025-2026 school year in Rockdale, IL. This full-time position will support a munication & Adaptive Behavior Program within an Autism Program serving K-8th grade students.

Position Details:

• Location: Rockdale, IL
• School Year: 2025-2026
• Position Type: Full-time
• Caseload: K-8th Grade, Autism Program
• Certification: Must hold a valid BCBA certification

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Support students in a munication & Adaptive Behavior Program
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to improve student outes
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis
• Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavioral strategies
