Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining beautiful, well-kept properties? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Landscape Crew Member.
Whether you have previous landscaping experience or are looking to start a new career, we are willing to train individuals who bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
This is more than just a job — we're committed to developing our team members and creating opportunities for advancement into leadership roles such as Supervisors and Project Managers.
What You'll Do
As part of our team, you'll help maintain commercial properties and facilities by performing duties such as:
- Mowing lawns and maintaining landscaped areas
- Trimming hedges, shrubs, and trees
- Weed whacking and weed control
- Irrigation system support and basic maintenance
- Pruning and general grounds upkeep
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team to deliver high-quality service
From time to time, team members may also assist with facility support tasks including:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Trash removal
- Restocking restroom supplies
- General cleaning and upkeep of common areas
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically active work throughout the day
- Landscaping experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Schedule
Primarily day shift:
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation
Starting pay is $19.25 per hour, increasing to $19.50 per hour after successful completion of the first 90 days of employment.
