Support students in a dynamic K-12 school environment in Aurora, CO, serving as a paraprofessional with opportunities spanning elementary through high school levels. This contract position extends through the current school year, concluding on May 22, 2026, and begins immediately.

Key responsibilities include assisting in classrooms with diverse student needs and supporting learners with significant to severe caseloads, where preferred. Flexibility is essential, as candidates may be assigned to different school sites and age groups throughout the contract term. Candidates must be prepared to assist students with toileting and diapering as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in school classrooms
• Strongly preferred experience with significant/severe caseloads
• Reliable transportation is requiredbus, taxi, or rideshare services are not considered reliable
• Ability to arrive by 7:40 a.m. for elementary assignments or 8:00 a.m. for middle and high school roles
• Must successfully complete fingerprinting upon offer acceptance; any criminal charges may disqualify the applicant
• Candidates must have two completed professional references verified through a reputable reference system before presenting
• Wage expectations must be at $25 hourly or below

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students across K-12 classrooms
• Adapt to assignment changes between schools and age groups as needed
• Collaborate with school staff to monitor student progress and needs
