Integrative Therapist - Neurocognitive Optimization & Psychedelic-Informed Therapy

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, emotionally intelligent, and forward-thinking Integrative Therapist to support clients in transformational psychological work, cognitive healing, and performance enhancement. This role blends traditional psychotherapy with emerging approaches including psychedelic-assisted therapy, neurofeedback programs, qEEG-informed treatment planning, and supportive modalities such as red light therapy.
You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, other therapists, and health optimization experts to co-create and deliver bespoke care protocols for high-functioning clients dealing with trauma, mood disorders, burnout, or seeking enhanced cognitive capacity and emotional regulation.
Core Responsibilitie
Clinical Therapy & Psychedelic Integration
- Conduct 1:1 counseling sessions with individuals undergoing or preparing for psychedelic-assisted therapy, ketamine therapy, and other protocols
- Provide integration therapy for clients post-psychedelic sessions (ketamine, etc.)
- Offer harm-reduction-based coaching and education
- Develop trauma-informed care plans using traditional and somatic modalities
- Collaborate on clinical screening and readiness assessment for psychedelic protocols
Neurofeedback & qEEG-Informed Care
- Interpret and integrate qEEG data into therapeutic treatment planning
- Help clients contextualize neurofeedback experiences and optimize outcomes
- Participate in case reviews and adapt psychotherapy based on evolving brain maps
Complementary Modalities & Education
- Educate and support clients in the use of red light therapy for mood, sleep, and neuroregulation
- Integrate biometric or neurological insights (e.g., HRV, sleep, qEEG) into therapeutic planning
- Optionally offer group therapy, breathwork, or guided meditations
Qualifications
Required:
- Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in therapy or counseling
- Demonstrated experience in psychedelic-assisted therapy or integration (MAPS, CIIS, IPI, etc.)
- Experience working with high-functioning, high-performance clientele
- Familiarity with or training in microdosing protocols and outcomes
- Comfort working in a data-informed, non-traditional, and innovation-forward setting
Preferred:
- Certification or experience in neurofeedback or qEEG data interpretation
- Background in somatic therapy, IFS, EMDR, or trauma-focused modalities
- Familiarity with red light therapy, photobiomodulation, or functional brain interventions
- Experience in concierge medicine, luxury wellness, or performance psychology
