Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Consultant to join our remote team. This role will be integral in managing HR functions for three clients, with responsibilities including open enrollment, addressing HR and employee relations issues, coaching, and managing terminations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee open enrollment processes, ensuring effective communication and compliance.
  • Address and resolve HR and employee relations issues effectively and professionally.
  • Provide coaching and support to management and staff on HR best practices.
  • Assist with terminations, ensuring all actions are conducted in compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives for three clients, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Participate in on-site meetings with clients as needed, contributing to relationship building and strategic HR planning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to HR activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong customer-facing and administrative skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, open enrollment, coaching, and terminations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client needs effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Must reside in LA County for periodic on-site meetings.
