Hi! I’m Sarah Reynolds, CEO of the EmpowerHome Team, and we’re on a mission to help 100+ families every month right here in Chesapeake. But we’ve hit a good kind of roadblock:
We have more qualified buyer and seller leads than our current agents can handle.
That’s right—these are real appointments, not cold calls or internet inquiries. Our marketing engine and inside sales team are booking 2–3 warm, ready-to-act appointments per agent each week, and we’re STILL falling behind.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Meet with serious, pre-qualified buyers and sellers and guide them to the finish line
- Follow up consistently with your leads using our CRM and scripts
- Deliver outstanding service that creates referrals and repeat business
- Host energetic open houses
- Stay plugged into weekly coaching, training, and collaboration
- Manage your calendar and pipeline like a pro
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time commitment – this is your career, not a side hustle
- Strong communicator, team player, and self-starter
- Coachable, tech-savvy, and eager to grow
- Bonus: experience in sales or past real estate success is always welcome!
