Position Summary:

The Go-To-Market Project Coordinator is responsible for making sure the SPY+ and Serengeti Marketing, Creative, and Product departments are working together like a well-oiled machine as we bring our products and stories to the world. This person will be the owner of the Marketing and Creative calendars and will make sure there is seamless integration between all channels and departments as we bring projects to life. With a strong focus on process and project management, this position collaborates closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital, and Global teams on the Marketing and Creative operations of SPY+ and Serengeti. This position reports to the Creative Director, SPY+ and Serengeti, and is based at our Carlsbad, California headquarters.

Job responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following):

  • Own and manage global Marketing calendar and all associated deadlines.
  • Create and manage best in class internal project management processes for the Marketing and Creative departments.
  • Oversees project management of Marketing and Creative team projects through our project management platform, Basecamp, ensuring all teams track to deadlines. Lead PM on high-priority projects, such as catalogs, digital creative, and seasonal campaign content.
  • Primary point person between Carlsbad and Lyon for all global calendar deadlines, deliverables, and Creative and Marketing needs.
  • Drives the GTM process, and partners with Marketing and Product colleagues to ensure team hits deliverables, budgets and timelines.
    1. This includes but is not limited to product photography, digital assets, product messaging documents, catalogs, one sheets.
  • Creative department traffic management.
  • Manage all external Marketing/Creative requests, ensuring tickets are created when necessary and parties are notified.
  • Own and manage brand asset library and distribution with support of Marketing Coordinator.

    1. Consistently informed of marketing plans and activities.
    2. Know who to contact for marketing requests and the correct procedure to have their requests processed.
  • Ensure the global brand and marketing strategy and calendars align with and support all channels and departments and functions.
  • Participates in development of marketing campaigns to ensure they align with the global calendar, key market dates, domestic and regional needs.
  • Monitors marketing activities of competitors, provides analysis for the team.
  • Builds and socializes performance reports for category, providing feedback to all teams on ROI, successes and learnings of marketing efforts.
  • Monitor’s Marketing project performance, reports findings and provides analysis on how to improve.


Qualifications

  • 4 years professional experience of Project Management for Creative or Marketing departments.


  • Must be highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail

  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented department
  • Works efficiently and effectively, with an eye on timeline and deadlines
  • Experienced in budget management
  • Able to handle multiple projects/tasks at any given time

  • Able to see projects through from concept to execution
  • Able to manage and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
