Position Overview

Assists in the provision of comprehensive health care as a member of a team of health care professionals. This individual functions in all areas of the office setting which may include both clinical and front desk duties.

Location and Hours of Position

PHN Sharon Medical Group Family Medicine, 63 Pitt Street, Sharon Pa 16146

The general office hours for this position are:

Monday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm

NO WEEKENDS

Compensation

Position starts at $17.00 (MA) per hour, or $20.00 (LPN) however, PHN recognizes experience, education and site location when determining wage.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school Medical Office Assistant or LPN - and/or two years experience in a clinical setting

Infection Control and strong clinical knowledge

Administering Medication

Previous venipuncture and injection experience preferred

Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a providers direction

Computer proficient
