Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a travel job in Show Low, Arizona.

Certifications Required:

• BLS (AHA)
• ARRT Certified Radiation Therapist (T)
• Arizona State CTT Radiation Therapist License

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy accurately per simulation and physician prescription
• Operate and perform QA on Varian 21iX Lin Acc and use Pinnacle for treatment planning
• Document all treatment data using Mosaiq and Allscripts EMR
• Perform conventional and CT simulations, immobilization, and block fabrication
• Collaborate with dosimetrists and physicians for setup, treatment plan verification, and adjustments
• Maintain proper patient scheduling, documentation, and communication throughout treatment
• Participate in chart rounds, tumor boards, and ongoing quality assurance checks
• Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and patient safety standards

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Strong working knowledge of Mosaiq, Allscripts, Varian linear accelerators, and Pinnacle TPS
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform duties in a physically demanding environment
• OSHA Category 1: Direct exposure to infectious fluids and contact with patients
• Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
