Responsibilities

• Drive to customer locations to deliver and install appliances safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose appliance issues and perform necessary repairs on-site.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of service vehicle.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as an appliance technician or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy appliances and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and scheduling.

Salary info:
