We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients, as well as collaborative oversight with the Practice Manager to oversee the administrative and operational aspects for the office.
oversees the administrative and operational aspects of a medical office, including managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling patient relations, overseeing patient and staff scheduling, managing budgets and supplies, and maintaining electronic health records (EHR) to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care and a positive practice environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to patients
- Triage patient phone calls and followup for clinical interventions
- Handle patient relations
- Manage staff scheduling
- Ensure efficient and high quality care and a positive practice environment
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
