Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries or routing them to the appropriate staff.
- Accurately enter and update client information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Efficiently schedule patient appointments, track referrals, and proactively fill open slots.
- Generate reports and take initiative to optimize scheduling and clinic operations.
- Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage requirements for physical therapy, and ensure compliance.
- Confidently collect co-pays, account balances, and discuss financial details with clients.
- Perform additional administrative tasks to support smooth clinic operations.
Required Skills

6+ months of experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles (healthcare experience preferred but not required).

Friendly, professional communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Comfort with digital tools, including basic computer skills; familiarity with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, or insurance verification is a plus.

2+ years in a medical office setting is a bonus but not mandatory.

Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and working as part of a team.

Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
