PrideStaff is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk for a client in Bolingbrook, IL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the smooth flow of goods through various processes including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $17
Duties:
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately documented.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and order fulfillment.
- Perform order picking and packing tasks with precision, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organization within the warehouse by stocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- Use RF scanners for tracking products throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with e-commerce operations by preparing orders for online customers.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes.
- MUST know Excel, MS Office and Outlook
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP software is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Experience with packaging methods and techniques for various products.
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet jacks safely.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking & packing tasks.
- Capability to load & unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
