RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of med-surg. and E.R. patients ensuring safe, quality, and continuity of care is maintained. Care of all types of patients on assigned unit, while maintaining professional nursing standards.

HOURS:

Part-time, 60 hours per pay period, five 12-hour shifts per pay period. Day shift 6:15 am –6:45 pm., every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and must be currently licensed as an RN in the state of Iowa. Must have excellent computer skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to handle frequent interruptions. Must be able to frequently lift over 60 pounds. Must be able to have good visual and auditory skills.
