**Job Requirements & Qualifications**\n\n- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only\n- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only\n- Certifications: BLS\n- Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel.\n- Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. \n- Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward.\n- ONE reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission.\n- For RNFA/CSFA positions only, ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED to qualify for submission and be considered.\n- Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending.\n- BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case.\n- Facility does not accept any license hits.\n \n**Additional Compliance Requirements**\n\n- Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements until further notice.\n- All other travelers must be nicotine-free; Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start and updated annually.\n- BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.\n- Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints at the facility prior to their start date.\n\n**Submittal Details**\n\n- Travelers may be submitted for one job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System.\n- Locals accepted at the same Bill Rate (BR).\n- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; acceptable score required.\n- Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
