Job Summary

We are seeking a High Volume Data Entry Specialist for a temporary remote opportunity supporting healthcare data workflows. Candidates must reside in South Carolina. This role is ideal for candidates with recent experience in high-volume data entry, claims processing, medical claims, document processing, records processing, or similar transaction-based administrative work where speed, accuracy, and meeting daily volume expectations were essential.

The High Volume Data Entry Specialist will work in a structured, process-driven environment where accuracy, productivity, and consistency are essential. Candidates who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable meeting daily volume expectations will be well positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities

- Process high volumes of patient and healthcare documentation while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Download, organize, rename, reformat, convert, and maintain patient records and reports from internal systems.
- Upload required documentation to payer portals according to established procedures and workflow requirements.
- Enter, review, and track information in spreadsheets, databases, and electronic records with strong attention to detail.
- Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with assigned process standards.
- Support reporting activities, administrative processing, and other deadline-driven data workflow tasks as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $20.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Assignment type: Contract / Temporary.
- Assignment duration: Through early 2027.
- Work arrangement: Remote opportunity.
- Candidates must reside in South Carolina.
- Equipment provided.

Required Qualifications and Skills


- Recent high-volume data entry experience within the last five years is required.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, claims processing, records processing, document review, or similar transaction-based work.

- Demonstrated ability to enter, review, and process large volumes of information while maintaining strong accuracy standards.

- General knowledge of medical terminology.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.

- Experience working with PDFs, document conversion, and electronic file organization.

- Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and stay productive in a deadline-driven environment.
