Job DescriptionElectro-Mechanical Assembler - Contract to Hire

The Electro-Mechanical Assembler position is located in Westborough, MA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a company known for its commitment to quality and innovation in electrical and mechanical assembly.

Shift of the Electro-Mechanical Assembler:
M-F 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Rate/Salary of the Electro-Mechanical Assembler:
$20/hr

Responsibilities of the Electro-Mechanical Assembler:

• Work from written instructions that provide detailed methods and sequence of assembly operations using a bill of materials, and assembly drawings.
• Assemble and fabricate assemblies using company-supplied hand and power tools.
• Assemble electrical panels and electrical boxes.
• Assemble products per assembly process specifications.

Qualifications of the Electro-Mechanical Assembler:

• High School diploma or GED with experience; technical school preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, focus, and commitment to quality standards.
• Good communication skills (English), both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Hand/Eye coordination with some mechanical dexterity.
• Exposure to hand tools and power tools.
• Familiarity with work instructions and blueprints is a plus.
