Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 8‑Hour Days + Optional OT

What You’ll Do
Each day brings variety and hands‑on technical work:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and building automation systems (BAS)
- Diagnose issues using strong mechanical & electrical knowledge
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and on‑site teams
- Service RTUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, AHUs, heat exchangers, and more
What Makes You a Great Fit
You bring skill, professionalism, and pride in your work:
- 3+ years of HVAC experience (commercial and/or residential; service or install)
- Strong knowledge of centrifugal chillers, split systems, boilers, pumps, AHUs
- Understanding of AC/DC, single‑phase & three‑phase electrical circuits
- EPA Universal Certification required
- OSHA certification a plus

This is a Permanent position based out of Baldwin, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $93600.00/yr.
Competitive pay based on experience. On-the-job training in HVAC systems and controls. Opportunities for career advancement into HVAC controls and automation.
