Pay: $21–$24/hr (based on power tool experience)
Shifts: 1st or 2nd Shift
Duration: 3‑week project
Requirements: Must pass drug test & Bg check
Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and safety-focused General Laborers/Technicians to support facility improvement work on a robotics floor. This role focuses on installing metal safety fencing, floor prep, and material handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of metal fencing, frames, and gating
- Use hand and power tools (drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, etc.)
- Drill into concrete surfaces as required
- Remove floor tape and clean work areas
- Move, stage, and organize inventory
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite
Requirements
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions
- Construction, carpentry, or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure is a plus
Shift Schedule (Mon–Fri)
- 1st Shift: 4:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
