Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Absecon, NJ, offering an exciting opportunity to provide essential speech and language support to students. This role requires dedication to improving communication skills in a diverse student population within a dynamic educational setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or certification
  • Experience conducting assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong knowledge of speech, language, and auditory disorders in children
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and staff
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently and demonstrate clinical expertise

Location:

  • Based in Absecon, New Jersey
  • Position requires travel between schools within the region

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
