Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide services for a K-5 caseload in a K-12 educational setting in Washington, DC. This contract role spans the full school year and offers the opportunity to support pediatric students with speech and language needs within a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for K-5 students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric speech and language goals. Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication development. Document student progress and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. Provide direct therapy services in alignment with educational standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Desired Experience: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with pediatric populations, specifically in school settings. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred. Knowledge of current best practices in pediatric speech-language therapy. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation.

Location: Washington, DC

Schedule and Benefits: Full-time, 37.5 to 40 hours per week. School year contract. W2 employment with full benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance. 401k match program offered.
