Job Overview
We are seeking a vending machine route manager who will be sorting restaurant meals and restocking restaurant vending machines using their personal vehicle. The position will also involve overseeing kitchen operations and a staff of 2-3 other employees.
The position will be for Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoon/evenings for a total of 20-40 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations and 2-3 staff involved with packing and restocking
- Restock machines along a set route and accurately set stock levels on POS
- Oversee pickup, packing, and sorting of food products in a reliable and food-safe manner
- Manage and optimize daily route schedules for drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Distribute meals at the food prep facility according to provided sorting guide
- Restock machines along a set route and check that they are functioning properly
- Perform heavy lifting as required during product loading and unloading processes.
Experience
- Large personal vehicle (Minivan, SUV, Truck)
- 20+ hrs/week availability (weekday evenings, Sunday evenings)
- Proficient with Point of Sale technology (Square)
- Food handling certificate preferred
