Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A part-time Occupational Therapist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, working with K-8 students in a school setting located in Aurora, CO. This contract role offers an opportunity to provide essential therapeutic support within an educational environment.
Location:
- Aurora, Colorado (Onsite only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 8th grade.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and licensing requirements.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably K-8.
- Knowledge of educational environments and related therapy practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work part-time for approximately 12 hours per week.
Contract Details:
- Position duration: August 13, 2026 through May 20, 2027
- Part-time, onsite role with 12 weekly hours.
