Overview
Holladay Dental Studio is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Office Team Member to join our high-performing, patient-focused team.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident presenting treatment, understands dental insurance, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Tuesday – Friday (4 days/week)
- Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week
Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain dental treatment plans to patients
- Verify and explain dental insurance benefits and estimates
- Answer phones and schedule patients efficiently
- Coordinate financial arrangements and payment options
- Support case acceptance and patient follow-through
- Deliver a 5-star patient experience at every interaction
Requirements (Indeed Keywords Optimized)
- Minimum 1 year dental front office or treatment coordinator experience preferred
- Experience with:
- Dental insurance verification & breakdowns
- Treatment planning and case presentation
- Scheduling and patient communication
- Strong communication and sales confidence
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Preferred (Not Required but Strongly Considered)
- Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software
- Knowledge of PPO insurance plans
- Previous experience in a high-production or fee-for-service office
