Case Director (BCBA) - Remote
Locations Covered: KY, AL, TN, VA (Single Case Director covering multiple locations)
Salary: (flexible for exceptional candidates)
Work Model: Fully Remote, No Travel Required
We are seeking a highly skilled Case Director (BCBA) to manage caseloads and conduct assessments across multiple states. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
As a Case Director (BCBA), you will:
Deliver targeted ABA interventions to improve the lives of children with autism.
Conduct initial assessments and Functional Assessments (FAs) to evaluate client needs.
Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual goals.
Customize treatment plans addressing:
Adaptive and self-care skills
Emotional development, coping, and tolerance skills
Play and leisure skills
Family and social relationships
Language and communication skills
Cognitive functioning
Self-management, self-advocacy, and independence
Safety skills and vocational readiness
Individualize targets and programs for each child's unique needs.
Manage your own caseload and assessments; this role does not supervise other BCBAs.
Qualifications
BCBA certification required; licensed in KY, AL, TN, VA.
Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience, preferably with assessment-focused caseloads.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices.
Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
Strong communication, organizational, and remote work skills.
